Materials
RC decals have to wrap fender flares and stay stuck after a hose-down. That is a different job than a kitchen-sticker sheet. We spec cast vinyl around 2 mil, gloss — stretchier and more outdoor-durable than the 3–4 mil calendered stock most consumer print-on-demand shops use.
Liquid PVC on a casting sheet. Conforms to curves, rivets, and Lexan body lines.
That factory-decal shine. Optional thin laminate for fuel and abrasion.
Cut to the art edge. Default 0 mm bleed — no white halo.
The 3D view is a mockup. You still peel and apply, like real pit decals.
Printing is third-party. We have not locked a partner yet — the catalog, sheet sizes, and prices in this demo are working numbers until sample sheets pass an adhesion test on a real shell. Bodies stay with the manufacturer: we name official bodies and spray paints (Traxxas, Arrma, Losi, Team Associated, HPI, Tekno, Kyosho, Tamiya) and link out; you download those files yourself when you need them.
